*Important NC Medicaid EHR Incentive Program Update.

The North Carolina Medicaid Incentive Payment System (NC-MIPS) will be accepting 2014 Meaningful Use (MU) attestations on Monday, September 22, 2014. Eligible Professionals (EPs) who see Medicare patients and are facing possible Medicare penalties will need to attest to MU no later than 11:59 pm September 30, 2014 to avoid the penalties which go into effect for EPs on January 1, 2015.
